Sample Day - Zips - 19th May
Overcome your fear of zippers in this practical skills workshop! You’ll learn to insert a regular zip, a concealed zip (look like a pro when you make dresses or cushion covers!). A fly zip with a placket and a couture zip. You’ll also get tips for managing broken zips and for altering garments with existing zippers. At the end of the class you’ll leave with samples of each technique, plus a stylish little zippered purse you made yourself. Don’t let zips hold you back!
